In 2001 Xinsu began to produce polyethylene catalysts, with a production capacity of 120 tons per year, divided into two varieties: TH-1 and TH-2.

In 2007, TH-1LA was newly installed and TH-1 was expanded, with the capacity reaching 600 tons per year.
